There's plenty of great Android phone options. Here are a couple of really great high end and low end ones...

This is Sony's latest phone, the Xperia S. It runs Android 2.3, but will be getting Android 4.0 in the Summer. 12.1 magepixel camera with an exmor sensor - it's great in low light and also has a neat panaromic photo function. Great quality screen and it shoots good quality video. The only downside I'd highlight is it has only 1Gb of internal storage, so you will need to install apps to the SD card, otherwise this will quickly fill up.

An equivalent to the Sony from Samsung, another great phone, this has Android 4.o right out of the box. The camera isn't as good though, lower resolution, and Sony's exmor sensors are really good for low light (often what you need in a camera phone). More info here http://www.google.co.uk/nexus/

This is a very budget Android phone, so it's nothing like the previous two. Much slower processor, only 2MP camera. But if you're after a basic Android phone to use apps, make calls, listen to a bit of music and so on, this will do it.
